- The prices indicated include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal.
- ARTIEXPORT will make every effort to ensure that the prices on the website are correct and up to date. However, you reserve the right to change the price of any product at any time.
- In the case of purchase procedures already initiated, ARTIEXPORT undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated on the page at the time of placing the purchase order.
- ARTIEXPORT may promote specific goods, indicating the initial price of the goods, the percentage of the discount and the price in force during the promotion, as well as the start and end of the promotion.
- In the event of a computer, manual, technical or any other origin error, which causes a substantial change not provided for by ARTIEXPORT in the price of sale to the public, in such a way that it becomes exorbitant or derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and void.

- The total price of the selected products to be paid by the buyer is in addition to the costs of the order shipping service.

- ARTIEXPORT recommends that before selecting an item and confirming the purchase, try to make sure that it is the product you really need, that it will meet your expectations and that it is in accordance with your interests and tasks to perform.

- The invoice is issued after payment confirmation. The original will be sent later with the delivery of the order.
Point VIII - Sending Orders
- For as soon as possible we can get the products to
our buyers we process the orders as follows: .. Orders placed on the morning of the working day, will begin to be handled in the afternoon of that same day; Orders placed on the afternoon of the business day will begin to be handled on the morning of the following business day; Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will begin to be handled on the first business day following.
.. If we have in storage the ordered items they will be shipped to the buyer within a maximum of 5 (five) business days after confirmation of payment.
.. If we do not have stock of the item we will proceed to its shipment as soon as we have it in our possession.
.. These times are in addition to carriers, so the delivery of orders, for reasons that are unrelated to us, may suffer slight delays.
.. All small and medium-sized orders are sent by the dpd carrier from Monday to Friday.
.. At the time of receipt of the order the buyer should immediately check the condition of the packaging. If you see any anomaly, report it to the carrier's employee in writing. Simultaneously, it communicates the occurrence to artiexport logistics department via email: info@artiexport.com, indicating the order/invoice number and the irregularities detected.
.. You should also immediately participate in our logistics department when in the reception and unpacking of the well to verify that it presents visible damage or anomaly caused by transport. If the good has any damage, you shouldn't accept it.
.. After the purchaser has signed the transportation guide, ARTIEXPORT is not responsible for any physical damage caused by the transport.
Point IX - Delivery problems
- If the buyer refuses to accept the order, he will be responsible for the payment of all shipping, taxes, fees and/or customs charges resulting from the shipment and also for all costs of returning the order to our facilities in Portugal.
- These costs will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.
Point X - Reflection period
- Contrary to what happens in purchases made in physical store, when purchasing in our Online Store the Consumer (this is the one that does not intended the good for professional activity) is entitled to a period of reflection of 14 (fourteen) consecutive days counted from the day of delivery of the article. During this period you can return the goods without having to justify why you do so.
- If you wish to return the purchased item, you must do so in order for the consumer to arrive at our ARTIEXPORT facilities within 14 days of the day on which it was received.
- In this case of free resolution of the contract, the postage or expenses with the carrier for the return of the goods are the responsibility of the Consumer. (DL 24/2014, art. 13, no. 2).
- In order for the return of the items to be
accepted the buyer/consumer must strictly comply with the following conditions: .. The item must be intact and without any mark, damage or signs of use.
.. The item must be accompanied by the copy of the invoice or invoice/receipt thereof - In case of non-compliance with any of these requirements returns will NOT be accepted and, consequently, there will be no refund of the amount paid.
- In case of return of items within the reflection period of
14 days in a row, the consumer can: .. opt for the refund of the amount, which will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated to us at the time of the return request.
